There are 3 operations in a product company; Product Definition, Product Making, and Product Go-to-Market. Product Marketing owns “Product Definition”, RD & Operation owns “Product Making”; Sales & Product Marketing owns “Product Go-to-Market”. One objective of a product company is “profitable growth” because that serves the best interests of organization’s two stakeholders – the Share Holders and the Employees. This material covers ways in Product Marketing and Sales to achieve “profitable growth” of our organization. Effective Sales and Marketing meant to enhance the competitiveness, and Market Segment Share, of our product, and so to achieve “profitable growth”, through (1) improve customer values (2) define ideal customers (3) enhance customer loyalty. |
