Strategy is different from an execution plan or an objective statement. Strategy is “a plan of change to achieve an objective”. It is easy to be confused between a “Strategy” and a “Plan”. A successful strategy is made, with execution of the effective “changed plan”, so to enable an organization with a “vertical stretch” of its KPI (the Key Performance Index). There is a methodology of strategy formation, based on such, one organization can proceed needed strategies through right understanding, aligned process and review flow to be repeated and traced all the way to its implementation. |
